No Strobe-lem · HazardTrack live demo

Captions for your eyes

A video is analyzed once against the ITU-R BT.1702 broadcast flashing rules. Each hazard gets the gentlest gray veil that brings it within limits, the result is re-verified, and the plan ships as a small timed file next to the video. Any player can read it. This page is one of those players.

Demo clip: a 12-second Big Buck Bunny excerpt with no failing flashes, so it is safe to watch. Its Broadcast and Local veil (3 to 7 s) is an illustrative cue; Kids veils the clip's two measured near-miss events. No raw hazardous footage is ever played here.

What happens when you press a profile

1. Download and hash

The page downloads the video and computes its SHA-256 in your browser.

2. Bind and verify

The HazardTrack must name that exact checksum and say its verifier passed. Otherwise playback is refused.

3. Schedule the veil

The 60-line reader drives a gray overlay from the video clock, with linear fades in and out.
